Beaches

Just a short drive to some of the finest sand in Wales
A wide, open beach at the northern end of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, with a great café and plenty of space to breathe.
One of Pembrokeshire’s most beloved towns. Sandy beaches below a medieval walled town, with a harbour, museums, boat trips to Caldey Island, and no shortage of excellent ice cream.
Two miles of uninterrupted sand backed by dramatic pebble ridge. A favourite with surfers and walkers, with local pubs and cafés close by.

Activities and Adventures

Get out and explore
One of Britain’s great long-distance walks. The full 186-mile route runs from Amroth in the south to St Dogmaels in the north, taking in cliffs, coves, headlands and some genuinely jaw-dropping views. Walk a section — or tackle a whole day’s stretch from the door.
Coasteering, kayaking, surfing, climbing — Pembrokeshire has a fantastic range of outdoor adventures for all abilities and ages. Be brave and try something new.
The ancient hills that inspired Stonehenge. Wild moorland, Iron Age hillforts, and views that stretch for miles. Just 7 miles from the farm and worth every step.

Narberth

Our nearest town, and one of Pembrokeshire’s hidden gems. Narberth is a warm, independent-spirited market town with a brilliant collection of independent shops, galleries, and restaurants. It sits on the Landsker Line — the historical boundary between Welsh and English-speaking Pembrokeshire — and has a Norman castle and the award-winning Narberth Museum to explore. There’s also a community-run swimming pool and leisure centre if the kids need to burn off some energy.
Miles of tracks through ancient woodlands.

Canaston Woods

420 acres of beautiful ancient woodland on your doorstep. A peaceful escape for walking or cycling, with well-marked trails and a lovely atmosphere whatever the season.

Castles & Heritage

Pembrokeshire wears its history lightly — it’s everywhere
Step back 2,000 years at this reconstructed Iron Age hill fort, set in the rugged north Pembrokeshire landscape. Brilliant for families.
An Iron Age hillfort above Crymych with a short walk to the summit and panoramic views across the Preselis. One of those places that stays with you.
A magnificent ruin with 2,000 years of history, set beside a 23-acre millpond. One of Pembrokeshire’s most dramatic heritage sites.
A hidden gem in a quiet village, surrounded by serene forest and rolling farmland. Well worth the detour.
Pembrokeshire’s most iconic Neolithic burial chamber, perched on a ridge in the Preselis with extraordinary views. Around 5,500 years old and still standing.
Pembrokeshire’s finest stately home, set in forty acres of spectacular woodland gardens. A wonderful day out at any time of year.
Pembrokeshire’s wildlife will stop you in your tracks

Nature

Home to one of the largest puffin colonies in the world, along with razorbills, guillemots, grey seals and more. A truly special place — book your boat trip early.
Cardigan Bay is one of the best places in the UK to spot bottlenose dolphins, harbour porpoises, and in season, minke whales. Boat trips run from several local harbours.
A beautiful nature reserve on the banks of the River Teifi. Walks through woodland, a café, and the chance to spot otters, kingfishers, and rare birds.

Family Days Out

Pembrokeshire knows how to keep everyone happy
Wakeboarding, a bouldering wall, aqua park, round house dining, and a fantastic all-day vibe. One of Pembrokeshire’s most exciting family days out.
A reservoir with mountain biking trails, a pump track, water activities, walking routes and a great café. A full day with ease.
An award-winning family activity centre in the heart of Pembrokeshire. Great for a half or full day with kids of all ages.
Zoo, fairground, play barn and more. One of Wales’ most popular family attractions — the kids will talk about it for weeks.
Large outdoor play areas, trails and wide open space. Brilliant for younger children.
Wales’ only walking safari. Lemurs, tigers, wallabies and more — up close and on foot. A genuinely unique experience.

Indoor Entertainment

Great options whatever the weather brings
An award-winning museum in a beautifully converted bonded warehouse, telling the story of the town and its people. Fascinating and surprisingly absorbing.
Spend a couple of hours getting creative with clay and paint. A lovely activity for groups and families alike.
The community-run pool just minutes away. A brilliant wet-weather option and a great way to wear the kids out.

Experiences

Something a little different
A family-run vineyard near Llandewi Velfrey, producing award-winning Welsh wines. From April to October, they offer tours, wine tastings and Welsh grazing boards. A wonderful afternoon out.
A few hours with one of Pembrokeshire’s most knowledgeable guides, discovering what the coast has to offer beneath the surface.
Arrange a creative session with fresh or dried flowers, available for guests throughout the year. A lovely way to slow down and make something beautiful.

Thank you! We had another amazing stay at this beautiful property.   It was the ideal place to spend some quality time together.  The location is superb and a brilliant base to explore the surrounding area.  The kids really enjoyed running around in your great garden and waving at the horse and cows. Memories made! Hopefully we’ll be back again soon.

Thank you Anne for your hospitality.  We all had a wonderful time!  The house was spacious, well equipped and comfortable, made especially lovely at Christmas by the open fire, stunning Christmas tree and decorations!  The local countryside was amazing too and we thoroughly enjoyed our visits to Tenby, Pendine Sands and Laugharne. We hope to visit again soon – Emma x

We loved the friendly atmosphere and found everything we needed and more! We appreciated having the calm countryside around us, and to go on long walks.  The conservatory was a big hit with everyone as we could chat and eat round the big table, but also sit in the sun in the morning , drinking coffee and watching the wildlife. We made the most of the opportunities to relax and enjoy time together.  Nobody wanted to leave!
