BOOKINGS

You are booking direct with the property owner, this is how they would
like you to pay:

PAYMENT METHOD

Pay the owner online by card using the Freetobook secure payment system.

DEPOSIT

Bookings will be confirmed when a non-refundable deposit payment of 25% of the
rental price has cleared. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior
to the commencement of the holiday.

For bookings made within 6 weeks of the commencement of the holiday, full
payment is required.

If you cancel your holiday within 6 weeks of the commencement date,
every effort will be made to re-let the property. if successful, the
balance payment will be refunded. You are advised to seek insurance
against this event.

THE HOUSE AND PROPERTY

The house is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on
departure day.

The house is furnished and let for the maximum number of people specified
(eight) this must not be exceeded.

We operate a no smoking policy inside the house.

Power, central heating, unlimited Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included
in the rental price. A welcome pack, and one basket of logs will be
provided.

All personal belongings are at owners risk.

Guests are fully responsible for the house during their stay. Please take
care with the property and report any damage or breakage’s to the
owner a.s.a.p, so that replacements or repairs can be carried out
ready for our next guest.

Guests are liable for any loss incurred to the property or its contents.

DOGS

We allow one medium or two small sized well behaved, house trained dogs.
All of downstairs is dog friendly however, we do not allow dogs
upstairs or on the furniture. All dog mess must be removed from the
property on departure day. No wet or muddy dog’s to enter the
house. We do provide a number of items to make your dogs stay
enjoyable and as straightforward as possible, so don’t forget to
consult the Doggy Dos and Don’ts.

No dogs to be left unattended in the property. Guests will be liable for
any damage caused by pets or for additional cleaning required, and
will be invoiced for any such costs incurred.

COMPLAINTS

Every effort has been made to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday if
however, you have cause for complaint please contact us immediately
if any problems arises so that it can be speedily resolved. We also
value your feedback and are always keen to make improvements to
better our guests stay. Please let us know your suggestions.

On receipt of your holiday deposit you have agreed to accept these terms
and conditions.
